At Simplicart, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 7-day limited warranty on all orders.

🔹 Warranty Coverage:

• Your warranty becomes active from the date of delivery and remains valid for 7 calendar days.

• During this period, if you face any issues related to manufacturing defects or product quality, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

🔹 What’s Not Covered:

• Physical damage caused by the customer (such as drops, cracks, misuse, etc.)

• Damage due to water, fire, or any external cause

• Minor color variations or normal wear & tear

🔹 How to Claim:

• Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick assessment

• Once verified, we will initiate a replacement at no extra cost
