Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes , we offer Partial COD . You just need to pay 10% in advance, and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery . Partial COD is available only for orders below ₹999 . If the cart value goes above ₹999 , this option will be automatically disabled .

Q: How long will it take to get my orders?

Once we receive your order, we take around 24 hours to prepare and pack it. After that, your order is Dispatched , and you’ll receive the tracking details via Email. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days , but it may vary depending on your location.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes, COD is available all over India.
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery, which means a small percentage of the order amount is paid in advance to confirm your order, and the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery. This helps us avoid fake orders and ensures faster processing.

How does order processing & shipping work?

Once we receive your order, we take 24 hours to process and pack it.
After that, your order is dispatched.
You will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp and Email within 24 hours after dispatch.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on your location.

👉 Please make sure to enter the correct address. Incorrect details may delay your shipment.
👉 Once the order is shipped, we cannot control delivery delays from the courier side.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

How do I find my phone model?

It’s super easy to select your correct phone model on our store 😊

First, choose any design you like—even if it shows an iPhone in the image.
Open the product page of your favorite design.
You’ll see an option to select your brand—choose your phone brand from there.
After that, another box will appear where you can select your exact model.
Once you’ve selected both your brand and model, simply click on the Buy button

👉 Don’t worry about the image—we’ll send the correct case as per your selected device.
