At Simplicart, we strive to offer a smooth and secure shopping experience. To reduce fake orders and ensure faster deliveries, we follow a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) system.

Partial COD means you pay a small ₹199 confirmation fee at the time of placing your order. The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

🔹 Why Do We Ask for ₹199 in Advance?

• To avoid fake or non-serious COD orders

• To confirm that you genuinely intend to receive the product

• To help us prioritize and dispatch your order faster

🔹 Terms & Conditions

• The ₹199 advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after processing or refused on delivery without valid reason.

• If the product is damaged or defective, you’re fully covered under our Replacement Policy.

• If the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or courier errors, your ₹79 will be refunded in full.
